This is your notification that the fill placed on the site and
within the proposed street R.O.W. will be placed in a manner to
prevent the trench depth from exceeding five (5') feet. This will
be accomplished by coordination between the excavation contractor
and the utility contractor. If at any time trench depth for
installation for any water, sanitary sewer and storm drainage
facilities exceed five (5') feet in depth a trench safety plan
is to be furnished to the City of Coppell prior to construction
of those facilities. If you have any questions, please contact
