Dear Mr. Doyle:
We have reviewed the construction plans for the above referenced
project and offer the following comments.
Per paragraph 3 of our attached review letter of 11/23/88,
please note that the applicant has not included trench
safety plans in their construction plan sets, therefore, all
utilities will need to be installed while the trenches are
less than 5 feet deep. This is not to imply, however, as
waiving any city cover requirements.
2. The trench depth note on the utility plans should not
provide the contractor any options. You may want to have
the wordage revised, or just have Public Works monitor
compliance with the State laws, HB 662 and 665 since the
project is small in size.

The floodplain development permit is ready for
Floodplain Administrator's signature on the final plat.
