I spoke with Dale Jackson this afternoon and he informed me that he
had not yet obtained the signatures for the hold harmless statement
for 154 E. Bethel Road. I informed Dale that I needed the document
sometime in the near future.
I will continue to follow up and my next status report will be
submitted on June 6th.
