Attached you will find a copy of the Hold Harmless Agreement for
252 E. Bethel Road. I have also spoke with Dale Jackson regarding
the statement for 154 E. Bethel Road and he informed me that he was
working on completing the signing of that document and would get
with me when he is finished.
I will submit another status report on April 24th.
