Due to other priorities, I have been unable to actively work on
this item. Please note that it is my understanding that the
developer or his engineer (N.D. Maier) will submit As-Built plans
to the City and FEMA for actual floodplain map revision. Also, it
is our intent to review all related floodplain activities along
this reach of Grapevine Creek, as addressed in the City-Wide Storm
Water Management and per related ticklers, as soon as possible or
upon your direction. Again, due to lack of proper staffing and
time spent on other priorities, this item has not been worked on.
