Attached you will find a copy of a memorandum to Dale Jackson
regarding the 154 E. Bethel Road issue. I have also had a
conversation with Dale this morning and asked him to make sure we
received a copy of the executed hold harmless statement regarding
252 E. Bethel Road.
I will track this item until I have copies of both statements and
my next response will be submitted on January 17, 1991.
