The one year maintenance period for the paving section in Creekview
North has expired and a refund is being requested by Boney
Construction, Inc.
On October 25, 1989, a cashier's check in the amount of $1,477.63
was received in leu of a one year maintenance bond to cover any
necessary maintenance repairs required on the paving section of
Creekview North. (See attached.)
The maintenance period is complete and I am recommending
reimbursement.
