As you are aware, Council approved this item at last nights
Council meeting. I have provided all documents regarding this
matter and I will be obtaining a copy of the blank hold-harmless
statement to send to Dale Jackson for the 154 E. Bethel Road
easement.
Therefore, I will be changing the reference of this tickler
to "Easement Encroachment, 154 E. Bethel Road" and I will update
the status on December 14th.
