Creekview North-CS 901102COPPELL PUBLIC WORKS DATE: TO: FROM: RE: November 2, 1990 Dale Jackson, Building Of. fic~al V Lot 11, Block B As you are aware, a retaining wall has been constructed on the above referenced property which encroaches a sanitary sewer easement located on the west side of the lot. The retaining wall is an extension of an existing wall installed by the neighboring lot owner to the west (Lot 10, Block B). Upon reviewing and discussing this matter with Steven Goram, Staff has no objection to the retaining wall encroaching the easement. However, it will be necessary for the City's Attorney to draft a hold harmless statement, to be signed by the homeowners, indemnifying the City from any damage that may occur to the wall if repair of the sewer line was necessary.
