RE: Retaining Wall Creekview Estates; 248 & 252 Bethel Rd
Lots 10 & 11, Block B
Shohre, please work with Dale Jackson and Howard Pafford upon his
return to work and determine whether the retaining wall at the
above referenced location is: 1)l within the floodway, 2) has
encroached how many feet into the sewer easement, and 3) what
adverse affect the structure will have on city operation if allowed
to remain.
Additionally, work with Larry Jackson and come up with language
suitable for a hold harmless agreement which the property owners
will sign, indemnifying the city and hold harmless actions taken in
pursuit of maintaining the sanitary sewer system. We need to
ensure the hold harmless statement remains concurrent with the
property.
This item will need to go before the City Council on November 13,
1990. Please provide me with a status report on November 2, 1990.
