Dear Mr. Goram: I am writing to you on behalf of my client, Louis Crump, Inc., regarding the referenced matter. My client will be constructing a house on Lot 11, Block B of Creekview Addition. A rock retaining wall is constructed on the property line between Lots 10 and 11. The wall encroaches on a sanitary sewer ease- ment on both lots, with the knowledge and consent of the purchaser of Lot 11. The wall has extra wide footings to provide more stability and maintain the integrity of the wall. In the event repairs to the sewer are necessary, the wall is easier to remove and replace than a concrete driveway, and the owner understands that they would be responsible. Sinc~ely/ 3A~ S.
