Dale Jackson's Report Before the City Council
The attached 3/1/90 memo was following up on the "as-builts" that
need to be sent to FEMA. Dale Jackson said he referenced the
drawings the design engineer would normally submit through this
office.
Peter Staks said there are still 10 to 12 lots that do not have the
walls built yet before they can complete and submit the entire
subdivision "as-builts" to FEMA.
Peter said that he would look into submitting the as builts done
to date and then submit the other 10 to 12 lots at a later date.

We still have not received anything from the Engineers on subject
subdivision as you indicated we would to the City Council and have
asked me about it on occasions since then.
Please let me know when you asked for the work and/or when the
engineers indicated you would be receiving the information.
Attached is a copy of the Floodplain Development Permit for this
project.
