The guard rail installation has not been started to date. Given
the current work load in this division, I have not set a schedule
for this project. The guard rail that was to be used on this
project has been placed on Sandy Lake and MacArthur along the merge
lane. There is still some available, but we will need to purchase
additional rail to complete the project. I anticipate that staff
will be able to start on this project sometime in January 1993.
