Drain~asements= Brock, Whisgering Hills, and
DevonShire
Staff investigated the areas you requested and determined the
following:
321 Brock - Underground drainage pipe; Hold Harmless
Agreement required for fence installation.
Whispering Hills/Fieldcrest Loop - fence has already been
placed within the drainage easement; needs to be moved
outside of the easement.
Devonshire Phase II - all properties on the east end of
this project will need to have a Hold Harmless agreement
on file for any fencing, decking, and/or flat work.
