Retaining Wall Along Coppell Road; Concerns Expressed

I spoke with Larry Davis concerning this issue this morning. He
said that during the Devonshire Phase II walk thru on 8/13/92 he
told Steve Gee that the wall needed to be completed prior to
final acceptance of Phase II. According to Larry, Steve Gee is
working on getting this done. Next status 9/3/92.
