Retaining Wall Along Coppell Road; Concerns

According to Ken Griffin, he has requested that Larry Davis monitor
the retaining wall project in front of Devonshire. The developer
is going to establish a concrete footing for the retaining wall
which will be attached to the existing wall. The developer will
also be removing material behind the wall in three locations to
recompact the material.
The proposed plans for these improvements have been approved and
the developer is lining up a contractor at this time. Next status
8/14/92.
