Retaining Wall Coppell Road - Concern by Pettijohn

I spoke with Steve Gee this morning here in my office and explained
to him that we were looking for his help in placing a guardrail at
this location. He advised that this had been covered before
placement of their retaining wall and that there was an agreement
between Shohre, Gary Hendrix (consultant) and Gee Development not
to place a guardrail. He suggested that these same parties meet
and come up with an alternative solution to this problem. He also
stated that Pulte homes are completely against any guardrail due to
aesthetics. I told him that our concern was safety first. I also
told him I would get back with him after I made some inquiries
concerning a meeting to solve this problem. Please advise which
direction you want to take. Next status 3/30/92.
