Retaining Wall Along Coppell Road;Concerns Expressed

Staff spoke with Larry Davis on the tickler date and verified that
the project had been completed. According to Larry they have
finished the contrete placement under the tie wall. I informed him
once again that the developer was supposed to take care of the
surface failures directly behind the tie wall as well. I also told
hi~ that once this was completed staff is goin~ to install a guard
rail along the open drainage ditch as requested by a local
resident. I asked Larry to let me know when the contractor was
going to complete this project by next week. If it is going to take
longer than a couple of weeks, staff will go forward with our
project at this location. Next Status 10/23/92.
