That, Fritz Plumbing & Air, Inc. of the City of Frisco, State of Texas, as Principal and 1NSURORS
INDEMNITY COMPANY, a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Texas, as Surety, are held
and firmly bound unto the City of Coppell, Texas, as Obligee in the sum of Twenty Six Thousand Five Hundred
and No/100 ($26,500.00), lawful money of the United States of America, for the payment of which sum well
and truly to be made, we bind ourselves, our heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns, jointly and
severally, firmly by these presents:
WHEREAS, on the day of the Principal emered into a contract to
construct water & sewer improvemems for St. Andrews Manor, for the sum of $53,000,00; and
WHEREAS, under the terms of the specifications for said work, the said Principal is required to give a bond for
$26,500.00 to protect the Obligee against the result of faulty materials or workmanship for a period of 2 year(s)
fi.om and after the date of the completion and acceptance of same.
NOW, THEREFORE, if the said Principal shall for a period of one year fi.om and after the date of the
completion and acceptance of same by said Obligee replace any and all defects arising in said work whether
resulting fi.om defective materials or defective workmanship, the above obligation shall be void; otherwise to
remain in full force and effect.
