Need extension on MLV on Deforest to Deforest Ct.
Lot 18 cannot see sweep-T in sewer cleanout.
Lot 11 holding water in bottom of cleanout.
Lot 10 sewer cleanout missing.
Lot 10 mark S on curb at sewer cleanout after locate.
Need to check last manhole with mirror to see inlet pipes.
Lot 15 top will not fit sewer cleanout.
Lot 1 sewer cleanout stopped up - will not flow.
Manhole at Deforest needs to be reset, cleaned and resealed.
Note: Call 972-304-3545 to cheek punch list.
