ST8402-CS 901206 The City With A Beautiful Future
December 6, 1990
Mr. Gabe Favre, P.E.
this project could not be finalized and accepted by City Council
during the December 11, 1990 meeting unless all items identified
on the punch list were complete and documentation received by
November 29, 1990. Parks and recreation staff have continued to
monitor the work performed on this project and find that several
items remain incomplete. This includes repair items on Postal
Service property identified and documented in Ms. Llnda A.
Smith's correspondence to Ginn, Inc., dated November 15, 1990.
Attached, you will find items that staff feels need to be
corrected by the contractor. Staff recognizes that this is a
partial compilation only, and that Mr. J.R. Richards or you would
make an official list once a final walk through has been made.

As we had discussed, it would be in everyone's best interest that
this project be completed by January 1, 1991. The next
opportunity to have this project accepted by the City Council
would be during the January 8, 1991 meeting.
In order to allow this to occur,-all work needs to be completed,
final walk throughs done and documentation received no later than
December 27, 1990. This will allow for necessary time to have
staff examine the project for agenda submittal.
Should you have any questions concerning this project, please
feel free to contact me at any time. Thank you for your time,
consideration and reply in this matter.
