My observation of intersection during the high volume per/ods
of traffic and the apparent durability that the recycled asphalt
pavement has exhibited. I do not recommend the construction of
the thru lanes as previously described due to the cost vs. affect
ratio, we will only maintain with the use of R.A.P. as w~ have
in the past.
