The budget has been too close to recommend expenditure of funds to
implement this project. The time factor has now dictated that this
project cannot be done with the council and commissioner's court
approvals required.
This will need to be reevaluated next fiscal year with
consideration for the extension of Denton Tap and a decrease in
traffic, which should occur with the opening of MacArthur Boulevard
to the North.
