Dear Mr. Birdsall:
We are enclosing herewith two keys each for the bridge lighting
control cabinets. These keys were left with us by the Contractor
and we are uncertain whether or not any were left with the City.
In any case, this should take care of your needs for maintenance
access to the lighting system controls.
