The City of Coppell has considered the bid submitted by your firm
for the above referenced project in response to its invitation to
bid dated January 9, 1990. You are hereby notified that the
Coppell City Council, on February 13, 1990, accepted your bid for
the construction of the Base Bid, Alternate No. 1, and Alternate
No. 2 in the amount of $148,432.00.
Enclosed are six (6) copies of the Form of Agreement, Performance
Bond and Payment Bond. Please complete and execute these
documents and return them to our office. You are required, under
the terms of the Instructions to Bidders and Contract
Requirements, to execute the Agreement and furnish the bonds and
Certificate of Insurance within fifteen (15) calendar days from
the date of this notice of award. Please have all contract dates
"dated" the same.
Upon receipt of these documents, we will have the agreement
signed by the City of Coppell, return two (2) bound sets of
documents to you for your files, set up a Pre-construction
conference and issue a "Notice to Proceed" order. Please sign
and return the attached acknowledgment of Notice of Award to us.
We are looking forward to working with your firm towards the
