Dear Hr. Lacy:
Pursuant to our telephone conversation yesterday, ABQ Development
Corporation requests that L. H. Lacy replace the gate that was
removed on the west side of Denton Tap Road near roadway station
187+00. It is our understanding that replacement of this gate is
in accordance with requirements under your contract with the City
of Coppell. If not, please advise me as soon as possible.
