Dear Mr. Griffin:
This letter is in response to the letter written by you on November 5, 1996 regarding the
acquisition of right-of-way from Harrington Bait & Tackle located on East Sandy Lake Rd in
Coppell.
As you mentioned, the need for right-of-way was discussed in several meetings on this matter,
but to date, I have not seen, nor has the actual amount of land needed for the project been
explained to me. When Price Denton Inc. was out to appraise the land, they were also unable to
give me an exact figure to the land you need to acquire. Can you please give me more detail as to
how much land this appraised value includes, when construction is planned to begin and end, and
how the appraised value was derived.
I understand the need to expedite the construction of this project, but without the information I
have requested above, I do not feel I can make an educated decision. Please send me the
information as soon as possible and I will get back in touch with you.
