Creek, Coppell, Texas.
Dear Mr. Chester:
As a result of the latest meeting between the City of Coppell and
ABQ, concerning the above captioned project, we are transmitting
herewith, in the form previously requested, revised temporary
construction and permanent drainage easements, required to begin
construction of the Denton Tap Road Improvements. Please review
these documents and execute them at your earliest convenience if
they are acceptable to ABQ. Upon execution, please return them
to this office and we will have the permanent easements filed for
record in the deed records of the Dallas County Courthouse.
Copies will be sent to your attorneys in Fort Worth and to your
offices once the copies of the filed documents have been received
by us.
We appreciate ABQ's cooperation in this matter and look
to working with you in resolution of any related matters
future.
