Creek - Change Order No. 2 - Revised.
Dear Mr. Balch:
We are enclosing two (2) fully executed copies of Revised Change
Order No. 2 to the subject Contract. This Change Order No. 2
increases the scope of work of the subject Contract to include
the construction of the following:
One southbound left turn lane at the median opening located
at Station 178+17.77.
B. One northbound left turn lane and a median opening at
Station 182+44.
C. One northbound left turn lane and a median opening at
Station 186+98.
One northbound and one southbound left turn lane and a
median opening at Station 195+28.
E. The west turnout of Parkway Boulevard.
This Change Order also adds ten (10) calendar days to your
Contract Time. Your new Contract completion date is June 24,
1989. Please proceed with the work of this Change Order No.2 at
your earliest opportunity.

Dear Mr. Balch:
We are transmitting herewith two (2) fully executed copies of
Change Order No. 3 to the subject project. This Change Order No.
3 restores the original Contract Unit Prices for Lime Treatment
of the subgrade soils and nullifies Change Order No. 1. It also
adds 14 calendar days to the Contract Time making your new
Contract completion date July 8, 1989.
