Dear Mr. Allen:
It is our understanding that you have requested pricing from EBCC to compact the dirt placed in
accordance with our June 14, 1999 property use agreement on your property located at the
northwest comer of Sandy Lake Road and Moore Road and at the northwest comer of Sandy
Lake Road and Samuel Boulevard. EBCC agrees to complete the following work at these two
locations:
1. Manipulate the dirt already placed on the properties into 12" lifts and compact to 95%
standard proctor density.
2. Continue making fill in accordance with the attached site drawings and compact the
new fill to 95% standard proctor density.
Our lump sum price for the work described above is $14,741.56. Our price doesn't include
testing, erosion control, stripping of existing topsoil, or grassing the filled property.
