EBCC agrees to complete the following work at these two locations: 1. Manipulate the dirt already placed on the properties into 12" lifts and compact to 95% standard proctor density. 2. Continue making fill in accordance with the attached site drawings and compact the new fill to 95% standard proctor density. Our lump sum price for the work described above is $14,741.56. Our price doesn't include testing, erosion control, stripping of existing topsoil, or grassing the filled property.
