Listed below are Streets Division comments relative to the
Maintenance Bond inspection:
1. Sidewalk going into development and along Parkway Blvd.,
several panels are cracked and need replacing.
2. Sidewalk around ponds, several panels cracked up; need to
remove and replace.
3. Sidewalk between 264 and 268 Enclaves Ct. has several broken
corners and cracks; need to remove and replace.
4. Street is cracked in several places; rout and seal in front
of 264, 248, 245, 268, and 288 Enclaves Ct.
Water ponding in front of 253, 257 and 264 Enclaves Ct.
Cracks in left turn lane off Parkway Blvd. onto Enclaves Ct.
Note: Ail areas are painted white.
