Pursuant to the erosion control ordinance of the City of Coppell, we are
submitting a check in the amount of $1,035.00. This amount represents 100%
of the cost of the erosion control facilities that have been installed on the
project. We understand that this cash payment is to be held for a period of two
yesr~ and if during that period the City has not had to expend any monies to
maintain the erosion control facilities, these funds will be refunded at the end of
the two year maintenance period.
The amount submitted is calculated as follows:
