Comments on Marks Apartments/Stone Creek Addition
Clarification regarding mutual drainage easements for purposes of development and
maintenance.
Off site sanitary sewer will need to be coordinated with City regarding future
construction of side walk along Parkway Blvd. on the north side.
What proposed improvements to the drainage channel and long term maintenance
consistent with adjacent development is the developer considering.
What type of at grade or below grade crossing for the community park is being
considered by the developer.
