Dear Mr. Balch:
We are transmitting herewith six (6) copies of Change Order No. 4
for your approval. Please proceed immediately with the work and
return all six copies of the signed Change Order to us as soon as
possible so that we can have them executed by the City of Coppell.
Due to the relatively low dollar amount of this Change Order, it
will not require approval by the city Council. Once the Change
Order has been executed by the city of Coppell, we will return
two (2) fully executed copies to you for your files.
