RE: DENTON TAP MEDIAN BREAKS
Dear Mr. Allen:
As I notified Mr. Jerry Parche, P.E. on April 25, 1989, please be
advised that the City Council approved changer order #2, on
so that the subject median openings and left turn lanes can be constructed
once we receive your funds, as per your letted dated April 3, 1989, and
John Karlsruher's letter to you dated March 17, 1989.
We have received your funds in the amount of $9,547.60. We appreciate
workin§ with you on these capital improvements now, to save the traveling
public from future delay and disruption at a later date.
As a standard disclaimer, these arrangements in no way, shape or form,
connect the City of Coppell to any future land development decisions that
are normally their prerogative anyway. That is, the City is not
constraint in their decision making, by accomodating your desires at this
time.
Reference was made in your April 3, 1989, commitment letter about a future
Mills Lane (assumed). This area has Center Plaza Boulevard to the east,
and Willow Way to the west, with a strip of property identified as an out
Lot 2, which kind of connects those two roadways. To my knowledge there
is no recently approved "Mills Lane". Please provide us with any
information and/or documentation on that. Thank you.
Sincerely,
Russell R. Doyle, P.E.
