When do you expect final grading
to occur along Denton
Road in front of our 4.8 acre site, so that we have
slope minimum from top of curb back westerly on ,t~e
property?
We appreciate the construction crew putting the
up along the front property boundary, if only a
basis. After final grading, we would expect the
corner posts to be "reset" in concrete and welded
posts replaced as existed prior to construction,'~l,On
the corner posts has been damaged severely and may
salvageable; the other appears to be reuseable. After ',the
corner posts are reset and welded, they will of course
need to be painted to match existing fence area'"i'a~
wire "restretched."
You will recall the problems we have had in the past/'on
this particular site from unauthorized dumping
