Re: Median Openings and Left Hand Tum Lanes - Denton Tap Construction
Dear Russell:
I received a copy of John Karlsruher's letter of March 17, 1989 regarding the referenced
construction. According to Jerry Parche', you need a commitment for that portion of the cost of
the construction proposed under the change order which is attributable to the Parks of Coppell
Joint Venture. I have attached a copy of the cost breakdown which I understand was provided by
John Karlsruher.
You may consider this letter as the commitment of the Parks of Coppell Joint Venture to
reimburse the City of Coppell for up to $9,547.60; being the estimated amount of the following
construction cost;
1. 100% of the cost of constructing the south bound left-hand turn lane at station
178+17.77; which we understand to be lhe future intersection of Denton Tap road
and Ihe proposed Center Plaza Boulevard to the east which is a part of the Coppell
Health Center Plat, and future Mills Land 1o the west of Denton Tap.
2. One half of the cost of constructi~)n a median opening at station 182+44.
3. One half of the cost of construction a median opening at station 186+98.
