Hinckley Univest, Inc. 12201 Merit Drive Suite #170 Dallas, Texas 75251 I am in receipt of the attached request. There were no enclosures, please forward. Presumably the exhibit will better define the request and the terms "turn in","curb cut", and the alluding to "formerly there was a drive opening". Also the cost of $500.00 appears to be very minimal, and where did you receive that information. Mills Lane is not an identifiable public street. There only exists Parkway Boulevard, Sandy Lake Road and the most recently platted Coppell Plaza Drive in this area. So any references or documentation you can provide will assist us in reviewing your request. Please feel free to let either Shohre Daneshmand, Civil Engineer, or myself know if you have any questions. Thank you. Mr. Russell Doyle, City Engineer City of Coppell P. O. Box 478 Coppell, Texas 75019 RE: Driveway Turn-in and Curb-Cut at Denton Tap at Mills Lane Dear Mr. Doyle: On behalf of Belt Line 4.5 Joint Venture, and after a conversation with Wayne Ginn, I am writing this letter to request that the City arrange for construction of a turn-in and curb-cut at Denton Tap Road, fronting the property at the location shown on the attached Exhibit. Formerly, there was a drive opening to Denton Tap Road. We will reimburse the City for the cost of this construction, which I understand to be approximately $500.00. Prior to finalizing the City's commitment for this construction, please advise me of the exact cost of this construction and the basis on which payment is required. Please call if you have any questions. Very truly yours, UNIVEST ENTERPRISES, INC. Glen A. Hinckley Manager, Belt Line 4.5 Joint Venture GAH/Jc Enclosures cc: Mr. Joe C.
