project performed by Public Works staff on September 20, 1993. As
you know the termination date for the bond is September 25,1993;
therefore, I am providing you this notice.
Please ensure that the contractor, L.H. Lacy, is made aware of
the deficiencies in this subdivision.
Please contact my office with an anticipated schedule for these
repairs.
