4" Water Line to Brown Park in Conflict with Subgrade & Drainage
Attached you will find a copy of a letter that I have sent to L. H. Lacy Con-
struction requesting pa!anent for the repair of the irrigation meter at Brown
Park. While field personnel were reparing this meter, they plugged this 4"
line at the tee at the point where this irrigation meter is connected. Therefore,
this matter h~s been resolved.

RE: Damage to 2" Service Line in Brown Park - Denton TaP Rd. InlDrovements
Dear Mr. Snyder:
I'm writing this letter to, inform you of the cost associated with the repair of
the above mentioned service line. The line was damaged by one of the drilling
trucks working on the Cottonwood Creek Bridge.
Randy Fleming had requested' the City of Coppell personnel repair the line because
the contractor would not;'
I have had my maintenance p~rsohnel repair this ,line. Listed below you will find
a schedule showing the line item cost of this repair.
Labor & Materials
7.5 hours labor - 1 Crewleader / 1 Maintenance Worker @ $15.91 per hr.
2.5 hours equp. - 1580D CAse Backhoe @ ~.00 per hour
1 each 2" PVC Male Ac%apter @ $1.29 ~
TOTAL COST
$119.33
$1.29
In order to clear this matter up, this amount should be paid at the Water Billin~
Department at the City of Coppell Town Center. /
