Freeport XI and XII (Duke Freeport, Lots 6 & 7, Blk. A)
1. Need fzre hydrant street marker buttons (4)
2. Fire hydrant valve pad broken at 2nd fire hydrant
3. MLV pad broken at 2nd fire hydrant valve stack
4. 4th fire hydrant broken inside; cut off at valve out of service
5. City valves on Freeport covered, broken, and missing pad; repair and check valves are
working.
6. Sewer manhole east of building backing up, clean sewer manholes and main sewer line.
7. Need brass plugs in DC (domestic and irrigation)
8. Need DC test paperwork
9. Check meter numbers for domestic and irrigation
10. Mark on curb domestic and irrigation in blue at meters
11. Need curb stop cut-off to meters ground high and caps
12. Paint meter can lids blue all meter cans.
13. Paint vault lid blue
14. Need brass plugs in vault (4 small and 4 large)
15. Need drainage around vault
16. Replace meter cans on DC at building 615
