Dear Mr. Snyder:
I'm writing this letter ~o inform you of the cost associated with the repair of
the above m~ntioned service line. The line was damaged by one of the drilling
trucks working on the Cottonwood Creek Bridge.
Randy Fleming had requested"the City of Coppell personnel repair the line because
