Re:
Street Lighting Installation for Denton Tap Road, from Belt
Line Road to Denton Creek, Coppell, Texas.
Dear Mr. Brancheau:
Pursuant to our meeting of August 31, 1988 at the D~nton Tap Road
Improvements project site, I have added the requested 2" PVC
Conduits for the power services .for the proposed street lighting
system to our Drainage drawings. I am enclosing two sets of blue
line prints of the Drainage drawings with the abovementioned
additional conduits highlighted for your review and comment.
In your review of the above mentioned drawings you will notice
that the arrangement of median openings and left turn lanes has
changed since your original lighting layouts and cost estimates
were completed. I ask that you prepare a revised Street Lighting
Layout for Denton Tap Road from Belt Line Road to Denton Creek,
based on the enclosed drawings. In addition to the revised
layout, I also ask that you revise your previous cost estimate
for lighting to reflect the new layout using the originally
specified 250 W high pressure sodium double fixture Kim lights,
and an alternate cost estimate for installation of the General
Electric Decashield II Luminaire, both with and without
foundations constructed by TU Electric.
I appreciate your cooperation in this matter. Please call me if
you have any questions.
