subject. We have enclosed a plan (Exhibit A) ar a section
(Exhibit B) for your use.
The items required for the change order shall be shed and
installed in accordance with the contract nts and the
attached exhibits. Total lump sum cost for this item shall
include all work and materials necessary for fu] niching and
installing the water mains and appurtenances shown ~n the plan,
including all excavation, dewatering, bracing and shcring, trench
safety, bedding material, pipe laying, jointing, )ackfilling,
compaction, thrust blocking, testing, disinfection a ~d any other
work that is required to complete the installation.
Please complete the attached line item summar~ sheet, in
duplicate, and return to us. Should you have any qltestions, or
need additional information to prepare your proposal, please
