in Conflict with Subgrade and Drainage
Line to Brown
Attached you will find copies of shop drawings and cover letter
explaining the conflict of this 4" water line. On July 18, 1988,
GTE hit this line while relocating their lines. We knew
it would be in conflict with GTE and the drainage
that time so we plugged the line at Brown Park.
I spoke with Carl Bass about this 4" water line and we both
that with it being in conflict with the subgrade, we~
abandoning this water line.
