You are hereby notified to commence work on the Denton Tap Road
Improvements from Belt Line Road to Sandy Lake Road on or before
June 15, 1988, and shall fully complete all of the work within
365 consecutive calendar days thereafter. Your completion date
is June 14, 1989.
The contract documents provide for an assessment in the sum of
$1,000.00 per calendar day as liquidated damages for each
consecutive calendar day after the above established contract
completion date that the work remains incomplete.

You are invited to attend a pre-construction conference for the
Denton Tap Road Improvements projects listed above at 1:30 pm,
Tuesday, May 17, 1988 in our offices. The purpose of this
meeting will be to discuss the construction schedule and
construction sequence and to acquaint the Contractor, City,
Utility, and Ginn, Inc. personnel who will be involved on the
project with one another.
Please try to have those persons in your organization who will be
directly involved in the project attend the meeting. If you have
any questions, please call me.
