Eagle Point Walk Through - 9/21/93
This memorandum is to inform you of the deficiencies found at the
above referenced project. Please insure that the contractor is
made aware cf these and that you contact me with a follow up
walk through time. The following was found;
Seal curb expansion joints - silicone runs
Remove stakes from alley headers(4 locations)
Repair broken alley panel corners(3 locations)
Mud ball holes, chips in curb joints
Erosion at drop inlets
Seal random cracks east end of alley @ Wilshire
Trim redwood ears where required
