Field personnel performed a final walk-through of the above
referenced project this morning. Below I have listed those items
that were

found to be deficient:
1 + 47.00 Line E - Manhole in street needs to be
poured.
Pebble Creek & Long Meadow - Main line valve in street
needs poured.
0 + 00 Line E - Manhole needs poured in street, also
check for inflow.
Wilshire & Falls Road - Main line valve in street needs
poured.
Station #6 + 02.18 Line 6 - Manhole needs poured in
street.
Sta. #4 + 54.10 - Manhole needs poured in street.
Falls Road & Long Meadow - Main line valve needs poured
in street.
Please ensure that each of these items are corrected prior to
acceptance of this project.
