Listed below are Street Division comments relative to 9-7-95 walk
thru. Please make sure the contractor has a copy.
* Inlet southeast side not draining - probably mud.
* Inlet southwest side has dirt in it.
* Mud balls halfway down street.
* Stop bars at both ends - locations marked.
* Buttons - centerline.
* Needs erosion control at "Y" inlet and at culvert openings.
* Inlet Beltline and Wrangler has dirt in it.
* Grade earthen channel to drain RCBC - standing water not
acceptable.
