As per our discussion yesterday afternoon, I am writing this letter
to verify that water and sanitary sewer lines exist in Riverchase
Drive. These lines would adequately supply the newly planned
development known as Eagle Point Estates located on the east side
of Riverchase Drive just south of Sandy Lake.
